    Job Title: Russian-Speaking Intake Specialist

    Location: Remote (Working Hours: 3 PM - 11 PM Albania Time Zone)

    Employment Type: Full-Time Contract

    Position Overview: As a Russian-Speaking Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our Russian-speaking clients. You will handle client inquiries, gather essential information, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. This is a full-time, remote position with a schedule of 3 PM to 11 PM (Albania time zone).

    Key Responsibilities:

    Answer and manage inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Russian-speaking clients.
    Collect and verify client information, ensuring accurate data entry into the system.
    Provide clear and concise information about our services and assist clients with initial requests.
    Liaise with internal departments to coordinate follow-up and ensure timely resolution of client inquiries.
    Maintain detailed records of all communications with clients in our CRM system.
    Handle sensitive client information with discretion and confidentiality.
    Support other administrative tasks as needed.
    Requirements:

    Fluent in Russian (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
    Proficiency in English (spoken and written) to communicate with internal teams.
    Prior experience in a customer service or intake specialist role is a plus.
    Strong computer literacy, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
    Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    Ability to work from 3 PM to 11 PM (Albania Time Zone).
    Stable internet connection and suitable remote work environment.
