Chief Commercial Enterprise Officer Executive Assistant
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Responsible for supporting the everyday operations of the CCO Enterprise. Maintaining the filing system and protocol the incoming and outgoing documents.
Main Tasks:
Managing the day-to-day operations of administrative and organizational support;
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments in proactive manner, participates in business meetings, and define priorities;
Compilation of high quality documents, presentations, etc.;
Preparation of regular reports, for internal use as per supervisor disposal;
Perform all related retail tasks within SAP such as: order entry, project cost, invoicing according to the company’s guidelines;
Maintains a regular communication with other department structures;
Understanding of the business and organizational structure of the company;
Preparation of Memos, authorizations, and other documents, etc;
Follow up the process related to Contracts (New/Amendments etc.) collaborating with Legal Department;
Other duties as per job responsibilities.
Education: University Degree.
Experience and Qualifications: Experienced in Office Management, at least one year of related experience.
Skills:
Excellent command of English Language, spoken and written.
PC literate.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, flexible, confidential and professional.
Team player orientation and a “can do” attitude are required.
