FINANCE ASSISTENTAON operates in Albanian market in Albania and Kosovo, in the field of energy backup systems, with products and services such as:
Generator, Stabilizer and UPS. As an official distributor of Cummins Power Generation, AON has a strong position in the sector,
with a lot of important projects signed and covered in these countries. AON is also official distributor of TOYOTA Material Handling for forklifts.
We are currently searching for a Finance Assistant to join our finance team and assist in maintaining accurate financial records and processes.
Yor will support the finance department with tasks such as data entry, invoice management and maintaining financial databases.
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry and accurately input financial transactions into accounting software.
• Assist with the maintenance of financial databases and filing systems.
• Process and manage invoices, purchase orders and expense reports.
• Updating financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
• Reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts.
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of audits and other financial assessments.
• Provide support to the finance team in other areas as required.
Knowledge, skills required:
• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures,
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
• Hardworking with a strong work ethic
• Driving skills, License class B
Education/ Experience:
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics is an advantage
• Very good English, spoken and written
