Eurolab Internacional Grup, exclusive importer and distributor of international Premium Brands, because of expanding its activity is looking to hire: "Administrative Assistant"
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Plans, coordinates Leads management staff meetings, conferences, interviews, trainings, initiated by the management staff of the company.
2. Organizes and coordinates management meetings (according to the agreed annual calendar),
3. Responsible for updating and following management agenda, organizing meetings, responding and actioning communications (verbal, written -electronic and non-electronic), preparing draft responses letters, e-mails or texts and where required, obtaining approval.
4. Monitors, receives, checks incoming and outgoing documents.
5. Ensures the signing, sealing, distribution and storage of documentation in accordance with the requirements.
6. Ensure governance and contractual documents are completed, signed and remitted or lodged within the deadlines.
7. Ensure any contractual documents or agreements are in accordance with the company's requirements and instructions.
8. Plan and organize travel itineraries, including accommodation and transportation.
Qualification and Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor/Master Degree in Law or similar.
2. Experience: 5years work experience as administrative assistant
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and Italian language
5. Computer skills: Proficiency in MS. Office (Excel, power point in particular)
6. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
7. Driving License
