Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Join our dynamic team as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual.
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for managing the entire payroll process, conducting payroll data analysis, and overseeing staff filing within the HR department. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with relevant regulations, and the effective administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, and other benefits.
Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, earnings, deductions, and hours worked.
Analyze payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Generate and present reports on payroll metrics and KPIs to the Manager.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all payroll-related records and reports.
Implement and manage compensation structures, incentive programs, and other benefit plans.
Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
Prepare and submit required reports and filings, such as tax withholdings, social security, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for audits and inspections.
Manage the staff filling process within the HR department, ensuring accurate and organized records.
Provide support to the HR team in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, compensation, and benefits.
Conduct payroll and benefits orientations for new hires and provide ongoing support to employees.
Communicate updates and changes to compensation and benefits programs effectively.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in, Finance, or related field.
Min of 1-2 years of previous experience in finance and/or compensation area.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
