Responsibilities
To perform customer service and back office tasks at an optimum level and ensure giving optimum service to BKT Pay customers;To assist with operational activities assigned by the Management;To ensure that fraud cases are monitored and are reported timely to the appropriate structures;To work closely and collaborate with Marketing agencies and other stakeholders as needed;To assist and contribute in drafting all regulations and procedures for Deparment tasks;To assist in conducting market research, evaluating companys position compared to competitors;To assist in drafting of proposals for new product features and pricing schema after thorough analysis;To assist in drafting and designing processes in collaboration with the management team in order to streamline proceses of operations in back office, customer service center etc;Etc;
