We're hiring a Graphic Designer to join our Design team!
If you're excited to be part of a winning team, to create visual concepts of our well-known brands, Agna Group is a great company for you. We’re looking for a detail-oriented person who has great design skills and experience, along with a portfolio that proves it. You will collaborate with other designers to create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns to capture the attention and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you!
Objectives of this role
Design visual concepts using appropriate tools, media, and/or technologies
Incorporate relevant branding, and communication strategies in designs
Perform retouching and manipulation of images
Complete design projects on time
Responsibilities
Communicate design concepts and presenting design ideas to all relevant brand managers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with creative teams for cohesive deliverables
Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product packaging, logos, magazines with softwares such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
Time-manage multiple projects and keep brand managers and stakeholders updated on progress
Consistently deliver creative solutions for visually based problems or needs
Required skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in design or art-related field
Two or more years of experience in a design role
Portfolio of high-quality professional work and project samples
Mastery of foundational design concepts and visual principles
Proficiency with the techniques, tools, and technologies necessary for outstanding design work
Ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and produce work within deadlines
