We are looking for an organized and experienced Back Office Coordinator to be responsible for a team of representatives who will offer excellent Administration Service.
You will ensure that the team is compliant with the policies and procedures of the organization and offer consistency in service delivery.
You will oversee the work of every member of your team and assist them in resolving administrative issues, improving administration service, and maintaining satisfied Administration Service.
An excellent Back Office coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with communication skills.
You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
As a Back Office Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Back Office Manager and assisting with various administrative duties.
This includes data management, project processing, data analysis, and administrative duties.
To be successful as a Back Office Coordinator, you should have the ability to lead and promote the vision of the organization,
you must be detail-oriented and manage your time efficiently so that Administration Service run correctly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
An exceptional Back Office Coordinator will possess outstanding product knowledge and instill this value in the team in order to achieve success.
Backoffice Coordinator Responsibilities:
Managing a team of Back Office employees;
Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures;
Offering excellent Adminstration Service;
Overseeing the work of every employee in your team;
Promoting the vision of the organization;
Drive to results and motivating the team to perform at their best;
Follow Back Office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency;
Interact with other internal teams in various administrative tasks (sales, finance, legal, technical support etc.);
Conducting regular training sessions with the team.
Backoffice Coordinator Requirements:
Bachelor degree;
Proven experience of 3-5 years as Back Office Coordinator or in a similar role;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task;
Computer literate and analytical skills;
Management skills.
