DATACOM OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
To provide high quality network support for IPMPLS Network and Business customers, systems and management devices.
Main Tasks:
Trouble shooting on all network elements of IP/MPLS network.Trouble shooting in customer premises if needed and required.New service creations like DI, DATA, BGP, IXP, GGC, IPTV that incudes configuration changing in all MPLS network elements.Configuring necessary routing and switching in order to provide requested service to customers.Participating in common projects with other units in order to fulfil network optimizations requirements.Participating in maintenance windows in order to Trouble shoot & solve network problems and malfunctioning.Document as per change management form and planned activity form for all the changes made in the network.Knowledge sharing with the new hires staff and other needs of the department or company.8/5 monitoring and reporting for all network infrastructure.New services, testing and launches.
Education: University degree in Telecommunication/Computer Science/Computer Engineering.
Experience and Qualifications:
At least 2 years of previous experience in data networks.
Skills:
Good knowledge of English.Good knowledge of MS Office packages.CCNA Routing & Switching preferred.Very good communication skills and team worker.Available to work over time if necessary.
