EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, is currently recruiting a Client Services Manager.
Major responsibilities:
The CSDM will execute a client contact strategy in order to deliver accurate and timely reporting with appropriate analysis and recommendations;Managing the client relationship, understanding their expectations, and delivering change in order to improve performance;Adding value to the clients business/service provision (client centricity);Contract management including negotiation of commercials;Will work and collaborate in a daily basis with Floor Manager to manage agents and supervisors and is responsible for the operational success of the project(s);Plan, coordinate and communicate activities across departments on a daily basis;Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the Client and Company;Report on time and in accurate manner to the client;Invoice on time and accurately to the client;Forecast and track key account metrics;Accountable for the Client Satisfaction and Retention.
Requirements for this position are:
Bachelor's degree;At least 3-year experience as Account Manager/Customer Care/Customer Experience and/or similar position (would be preferable previous experience in call center environment);Excellent English & Italian (Oral and Written);Excellent usage of MS Office;Decision making, Initiative and Interpersonal skills;Planning and organization;Reporting, Business Acumen;Strong Management Skills.
