    The American multinational company Revlon Brand, of skin care products, cosmetics, fragrances, and personal care items, has joined Eurolab Internacional Grup/Beauty Division.

    Eurolab Internacional Grup is looking to hire a trade sales specialist for Revlon with the following duties and responsibilities:

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Sales targets. To achieve the volume of sales according to the plan in the KA on her/his territory / route.
    Product presence & visibility. Achieve the presence of mixed products according to KPIs. Maintain at all times the visibility of Eurolab products as per agreement with KAs.
    Stock management/quality/OOS. Efficiently manage stock and OOS (out of stock) situations within permitted limits. Maintain product quality and avoid stock expiration through effective stock rotation at KAs and stocking according to sales and stocking techniques.
    POSM/activities. Implement the placement of POSM (point of sale materials) and programs according to merchandising standards.
    Market development: know very well his/her own area and KA outlets, follow the dynamics of the development of the area, and inform the line manager about any market change.
    Consumer prices. Monitor consumer prices in his/her area and report to the line manager.
    Relationships with clients. Establish and maintain close and efficient relationships with clients through regular visits and mutually beneficial service delivery based on the company's internal regulations and code of conduct.
    Company assets. Maintain, take care of, and well administer all company assets he/she is using to perform his/her job.

    Requirements

    Preferred bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
    Minimum 3 years experience in sales FMCG.
    Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
    A commitment to excellent customer service.
    Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
