Corporate Communication and Media Relations Manager

Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies for the organization to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity and mission.

Main Tasks:
Draft and manage the delivery of the strategic corporate communication plan in media and social media.Draft and manage the delivery of internal annual activity plan.To manage & monitor PR Agency performance.Work closely with others in the Corporate Affairs department to develop messaging, press releases, contributed articles, event strategy and media relations strategy for the company announcements and corporate campaigns.Generate content from CSR activities to benefit the corporate image.Guarantee that the activity plan aligns with brand values.Respond to daily media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Coordinate with journalists during events and guarantee that the messages are delivered according to the company’s objectives.Work across teams to find out potential news or story ideas.Supervise and guide corporate social media content, including pages related to the promotion of internal company’s professionalism.Initiate and supervise implementation of Company’s Awareness Campaigns.Prepare media interviews, social media strategies and content, editorials, and articles.Independently manage projects from start to finish.Represents the company in a variety of settings, always promoting the company in the best possible way.Seeks new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events, social causes and changes in the organization including the launch of new products, special events, and other topics of interest.Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal and external communication.
Education: Master’s Degree in Communication or PR.

Experience and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in the field of communication and PR. A good knowledge of media and very good understanding of social context. Experience in corporate messaging, content creation and relationship management. Experience in adaptations of messages for different media outlets. PR Agency experience. Experience in maintaining external collaborations and management with third parties.

Skills:
A natural storyteller with excellent writing skills.Able to coordinate across many teams and perform in a fast-moving environment.Proven ability to be self-directed and work with minimal supervision.Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.A very creative approach and very flexible nature.Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to drive cross-functional deadlines consistently.
