EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, a construction company, is currently recruiting a Procurement Manager.
Major responsibilities:
Meet with supervisors and department heads to understand the needs across the company;Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers;Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements;Work closely with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the company;Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers;Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective;Perform risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements;Review existing contracts with suppliers to ensure on-going feasibility;Monitor and update relevant departments regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing;Prepare daily, weekly and monthly procurement reports.
Requirements for this position are:
Master's degree in law, business administration or a related field;Minimum 4 years of working experience in similar roles;In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.Fluency in English written and spoken;Good computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
