EPPC Albania on behalf of LIDL Albania, is recruiting a Central Administration Officer.
Essential Responsibilities:
Office Organization: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling professional correspondence with various stakeholders;
Market Research: Conduct targeted research in the construction and real estate sectors to provide data-driven support for the company’s strategic decisions;
Compliance & Liaison: Maintain active contact with partners to ensure all operations align with legal frameworks and internal company requirements;
Document Management: Handle the systematic processing, tracking, and archiving of all documentation to ensure high data integrity;
Reporting & Editing: Draft, format, and edit comprehensive reports and official documents with a high degree of accuracy;
Presentation Design: Create professional PowerPoint presentations for management meetings, project status updates, and stakeholder briefings.
Requirements for this position:
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
Proven ability to manage office workflows and support management, ideally with prior administrative experience in the construction or real estate sector;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace;
Strong command of the English language (proficiency in German is considered a significant advantage);
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong organizational and prioritization abilities;
High level of motivation, a strong sense of responsibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to move/travel as required by project needs and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
