Our Client:International leader in Advertising / Communication who is changing the way businesses are utilizing creative and marketing services
Are you a well-connected marketing or creative professional? Do you have genuine relationships and connections with creative and marketing professionals across Albania? Are you ready to educate the market on a unique creative service offering? Are you ready to take on an advertising agency with a more cost-effective and business-focused approach?
Our client is looking for a bright, motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager with the ambition and vision to further develop their services and be a part of their international team.As a self-starter, you will be responsible for performing all necessary ramp-up activities related to sales,product development, recruiting, and management functions – eventually leading your team by example on a daily basis to deliver creative and marketing solutions to clients.
Your qualifications:
· Extensive experience within Marketing, Communications or Advertising industry
· Successful sales revenue generator within professional services
· Strong communicator with ability to leverage internal and external relationships
. Ability to drum up new business and present to clients
· Business acumen and BA or BS degree, MBA preferred. However, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
. Fluent in English, flexible, open, ambitious, and very goal oriented person who values the opportunity to cooperate in setting strategic goals
