IT & Cybersecurity Deployment SpecialistLocation: Tirana, Albania (On-site)
Are you eager to start or grow your career in cybersecurity?
For one of our Clients with office in Tirana, Albania, we are currently looking to hire a mid-to-senior IT specialist who is fluent in Italian and eager to grow in the cybersecurity field. You will receive full training on our security solutions and methodologies, enabling you to take ownership of service installations, client support, and troubleshooting activities in the Deployment Management area by joining their Deploy Management team at their office in Tirana, Albania.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with the installation and setup of the company’s cybersecurity services
- Deploy and manage Cypeer Manager (a virtual machine that collects client login data)
- Configure client network monitoring services
- Create, manage, and interpret dashboards for visualizing log data (Cypeer/CSI)
- Troubleshoot and debug service-related issues
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with MacOS and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Experience with Active Directory, GPOs, or network security tools
- Knowledge of Bash, PowerShell, or DOS scripting
- Methodical and able to handle routine tasks with precision
- Curious and enthusiastic about cybersecurity
- Willing to learn and grow in a technical role
- Team-oriented and adaptable to evolving technologies
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux (command line usage)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- Basic programming/scripting skills
- Strong problem-solving and stress management skills
- Good communication and customer interaction abilities
- Patience, accuracy, and attention to detail
- A technical background or system administration experience is a plus
Languages
Fluent Italian is required (spoken and written)
English proficiency is preferred for collaboration with international colleagues
