Product Marketing Specialist – ERP Solutions (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
Infosoft Business Solutions is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to drive and lead marketing initiatives for our ERP solutions, with a key focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between product development, sales, and market needs, helping strengthen our presence and value in the B2B tech space.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Business Central and Dynamics NAV to targeted audiences.
Create impactful marketing materials such as product datasheets, presentations, case studies, user guides, and promotional videos.
Translate technical features into clear, client-centric benefits in collaboration with technical teams.
Drive product launch campaigns for new updates, features, or custom-developed modules.
Produce marketing content for IBS-developed products (e.g. HR & Payroll, Fiscalization).
Support sales teams with value propositions, product training, and tailored materials.
Coordinate joint campaigns with official Microsoft partners.
Manage the process of publishing apps on Microsoft AppSource.
Own the pricing strategy for products.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to guide strategic decisions.
Track performance of marketing campaigns and continuously optimize based on insights.
Requirements:
University degree in Marketing, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the ERP or software industry.
Solid knowledge of Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central, and familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem.
Strong skills in creating marketing content and positioning complex software solutions.
Experience in B2B campaigns and cross-functional collaboration with sales and technical teams.
Analytical mindset and familiarity with tools like CRM platforms, automation tools, SEO, and Google Analytics.
