Office Manager in Tirana

The main responsabilities:
Manages all aspects of organizational activities;
Handles the relations with suppliers and with headquarters;
Supports the team in terms of administrative tasks;
Acts as interface between the team and clients / trading partners / others;
Organizes the office, and is responsible for all routine administrative tasks;
Organizes the director / managers agenda, travel bookings;
Participates various projects in collaboration with other departments at their request;
Organizes complex events (travel arrangements and approvals, visa where applicable) for all employees;
Prepares various reports and presentations;
Organizes meetings internal / external;
Ensures appropriate delegation of tasks / duties when the team members are out of office
Local marketing activities;
Organization, supervision and partecipation to fairs and other industry events;
Support in translation of flyers and newsletters to Albanianlanguage;
Responsible for maintaining of all websites: ensuring all information conveyed is up to date;
Ideal candidate:
1-2 year experience as Office Manager or similar position
Good command of MS Office
University degree
Accuracy, diligence, commitment, pro-activity
English – Advanced
Marketing background experience will be an advantage
Knowledge of electric market will be an advantage
