We are seeking to welcome a candidate in the CRA & Reporting Officer position (Band 4T) to join our Risk Management Division reporting directly to the Department Manager.
Overall Job Definition
The CRA & Reporting Officer is responsible for monitoring the Loan Portfolio and its Quality, managing the provisioning process, capital adequacy calculation, producing regulatory reports, other internal reports and engaging in other tasks of the department.
Main Responsibilities:
Performs the provisioning process under local standards as per the procedures in place.
Performs Risk Weighted Assets calculation and prepares COREP tables to be submitted to Bank of Albania
Performs Large Exposures calculation and prepares the report to be submitted to Bank of Albania.
Monitors new disbursements and restructured/renewed facilities.
Monitors the credit risk limits related to specific transactions and/or loan portfolio, and which have been determined by regulatory authorities.
Monitors changes in the regulatory framework, rules, definitions and requirements which necessitate the adjustment of the relevant policies, methods and reporting.
Prepares portfolio analysis related to the trend and growth of the loan portfolio, segmentation / concentration of risk and behavioral elements.
Identifies and estimates the credit risks arising from new products and/or new activities of the Bank.
Participate in stress tests, under internally selected scenarios, and adapts them to the Bank’s activities for the estimation of potential economic loss.
Provides based on predefined periodical or ad-hoc reports, information to internal or external parties concerning credit risk management issues.
Performs any other duty that is delegated to the employee by the supervisor
Competencies / Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics. Masters’ Degree is preferable
At least 2 years of banking experience in similar or related positions in Risk, Finance, MIS, other analysis & reporting structures
Very good knowledge of data processing.
Very good presentation and communication skills.
Capacity to work with numbers and reports but also develop risk judgment with creative and flexible thinking.
Energy, team spirit and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to continuously develop himself/herself, and to provide added value through bringing new ideas.
Very good knowledge of English language in verbal and written.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word) and preferably other banking programs.
