Fix and Mobile Network Power Specialist
Installation and Maintenance of Power/Cooling equipment in Mobile Network.
Main Tasks:
Perform or regularly follow up on Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance activities for Power & Cooling Systems to enhance safety, reduce equipment failure, minimize service downtime, and improve overall system performance.
Supervise support technicians and subcontractors to ensure the timely completion of Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance tasks related to Power and Cooling equipment.
Oversee the acceptance of Electromagnetically (EM) works and Power/Cooling equipment installations performed by contractors. Prepare deficiency reports and follow up until all issues are resolved.
Coordinate with the Facility Management (FM) team and OSHEE to ensure the operational efficiency and functionality of the network. Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify hazards, minimizing risks.
Provide support to other teams for the installation and deinstallation of equipment as required.
Monitor daily and prepare reports using the Remote Monitoring Tool for PGS fuel status and refueling needs. Generate fuel and electricity consumption reports upon request.
Daily monitoring and health check on the Access Control System and report any problem or failure related to them.
Ensure all necessary safety measures are implemented when working with electrical infrastructure and equipment.
Perform on-call duties on a scheduled basis as per internal procedures.
Education: University degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in the management, operation, and maintenance of Power & Cooling Infrastructure within the telecommunications sector.
Skills:
Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.),
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written),
Willingness and availability to travel across Albania as required,
Excellent team collaboration and communication skills, strong problem-solving and adaptability,
Valid driving license,
Technical skills in relevant areas.
