Account ManagerOverview:
At InfoSoft Business Solutions we are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring that they receive the best possible service and solutions tailored to their needs. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams, guiding clients through the software implementation and helping to optimize their use of our products.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs, objectives, and business challenges to provide tailored software solutions.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring regular communication and follow-ups.
Project Oversight:
Manage and oversee the progress of software implementations or ongoing projects.
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product, development, and support) to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Address client feedback or issues and ensure timely resolution.
Sales and Upselling:
Identify opportunities for upselling additional features or services to existing clients.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Assist with renewing contracts and negotiating terms, where applicable.
Client Advocacy:
Act as a client advocate within the company, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are addressed.
Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins, feedback gathering, and satisfaction surveys.
Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor client accounts, providing regular reports on account health, usage, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the product team to gather feedback and provide insights for product improvements.
Problem Resolution:
Address any technical or operational challenges that may arise with clients and work to resolve them efficiently.
Requirements:
A degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales in the software or technology sector.
Familiarity with software products, SaaS platforms, and IT solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable with upselling, contract renewals, and contributing to business growth.
