    We are seeking to welcome a qualified and dynamic Personal Banker (Band 3T), at Gjirokaster Branch reporting directly to the Branch Manager.
    Overall Job Definition
    The Personal Banker provides high-quality service in compliance with the established procedures of the Bank, by identifying analyzing and handling the customer needs in a professional manner, converting them into sales and achieve the individual targets and branch objectives.​
    Main Responsibilities:
    Is responsible for the development of business with Retail customers in line with individual and branch objectives;
    Is responsible for the management of his loan portfolio through its continuous growth with new loans and the successful management of non-performing loans, in line with individual and branch objectives;
    Is responsible for the management of his deposit portfolio through its continuous growth with new deposits and the successful management of existing deposits, in line with individual and branch objectives;
    Is responsible for achieving the targets on monthly/yearly basis;
    Proactively attracts new clients and manages the relationship with retail customers in terms of sales activity for loans, deposits, current accounts, fund transfers, debit and credit cards, e-banking, mobile banking and all other existing or new products and services offered to clients.
    Proactively engages in cross selling products and services of the bank;
    Takes initiatives in proactively engaging with existing customers and prospects by providing needs-based assessments to identify immediate / future opportunities or needs and thus grow business volumes.
    Works in a team to proactively convert referred clients into successful sales;
    Performs all necessary and required operational duties in the bank’s systems with clients accounts, deposits, internal/domestic/international transfers, debit cards, credit cards, paylists from payroll companies, and any other operational activity as per area of competence or as required by the supervisor.
    Ensures accuracy in inputting, updating and maintaining customers’ data in bank’s systems.
    Is responsible for the maintenance and archiving of all documents as per the respective procedure
    Is responsible for the replenishment of ATM and supports the Assistant Branch Manager in its reconciliation.
    Delivers in time and with the required quality all periodic/ad-hoc reports.
    Ensures full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, whether internal (Bank’s Codes, Manuals, Regulations, Policies, Procedures, Memos, Guidelines etc.) or external from regulatory bodies such as Bank of Albania, AMF, ASD, DPPPP etc. (Laws, Bylaws, Regulations, Policies, Memos, Guidelines, etc.)
    Substitutes tellers and/or other positions in the branch, as requested by the Supervisor
    Any other duty that is delegated by the Supervisor.
    Competencies / Skills:
    High degree of responsibility and orientation toward customer needs and sales.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills with outstanding sales skills.
    Strong credit judgment and analytical skills with creative and flexible thinking.
    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
    Willingness to work in team & to support colleagues;
    Very good knowledge of English language in written and spoken;
    Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
