We are seeking to welcome a motivated Senior Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Officer (Band 4T) to join our Human Resources Department reporting directly to the Head of Department.
Overall Job Definition
The Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Officer delivers all facets of recruiting and branding success throughout the organization. Develops strategic recruiting plans, employing traditional & sourcing strategies as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas, while ensuring adherence to procedures in force. Promotes the brand of the company with a view to hiring the best possible talent.
This position reports to the Head of Human Resources Department and interfaces with hiring managers and HR staff.
Main Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manages the full cycle of talent acquisition cycle including but not limited to talent sourcing, assessment, selection, offer process management and on-boarding covering the full ranges of vacancies.
Collaborates with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Utilizes various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events) to attract diverse candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers to gather feedback on the recruitment process and identify areas for improvement.
Tracks recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Prepares regular reports for management summarizing recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.
Employer Branding
Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy that aligns with the overall organizational brand and recruitment goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights related to employer branding and candidate preferences.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather testimonials, success stories, and case studies that showcase the workplace environment.
Design and execute employer branding campaigns to promote job openings and enhance the company’s visibility in the talent market.
Foster a culture of advocacy among employees by encouraging them to share their experiences and engage with employer branding initiatives.
Organize internal events and initiatives that promote employee satisfaction and alignment with the employer brand.
Data protection:
Informs and advises the staff who process personal data of their obligations as per the data protection policy of the bank
Monitor compliance with the data protection policy of the bank, including the assignment of responsibilities,
awareness-raising of the staff involved in the processing operations.
Performs impact assessment on data protection matters within the organizational unit that is managing (leading),
as per the data protection policy of the bank in force.
Cooperates and ensures all processing and/or databases are registered with the DPO officer.
Works with Compliance Manager (DPO) relating to business partner contracts on data protection matters.
Any other duty that is assigned by the supervisor within his/ her area of responsibility
Competencies / Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment and employer branding or a related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employer branding principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Technology savvy and comfortable with different Human Resources Systems and database management
