Position Summary: Project Manager is responsible for leading, developing and managing every necessary aspect of a Construction Investment Project. It covers the entire discipline of initiation, planning, design, implementation, resource management, finalization with the goal of completing the project by realizing its objectives on time, and within the business plan.
Eligibility requirements:
Degree in Engineering/Architecture
Experience and qualifications in the field of real estate is an advantage;
Possesses deep knowledge of the respective market and industry;
Very good knowledge in Performance Management, Coordination, Training, Personnel Management;
Analytical skills and problem solving skills;
Very good management, organizational, planning, designing and communication skills;
Ability to read, analyze and explain projects, business correspondence, contracts, procedures and technical manuals;
Ability to manage various specific projects and contracts involved in construction projects;
Very good knowledge of the English language (knowledge of another European community language would be an advantage).
