Full Academic Setup & Execution :
From curriculum rollout to learner management, I oversee program launch and ensure alignment with awarding body requirements.
Faculty, Admin & IQA Training :
I conduct targeted training workshops for:
Teaching staff (modern pedagogy, assessments)
Admin/support teams (student lifecycle, compliance)
Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) teams (monitoring, sampling, SARs)

Support in launching new training centers or enhancing existing ones—including licensing, program selection, and partnerships.

Customized workshops and mentoring programs to improve student retention, performance, and career readiness.
